How do I learn?

Tai Chi Guildford

Let me teach you!

Ha, Ha. OK, I would say that wouldn’t I?!

Tai Chi - Guildford classes for all

Seriously, some people are quite happy copying moves at home by themselves, from the internet and books.

That’s fine, but in my view you don’t have the benefit of someone who can observe you to ensure your technique is correct,  safe and that you’re getting the most from your Tai Chi practise. You also don’t have the social aspects of a regular class. For another taste of Tai Chi in our class, take a look here.

If you would like to learn with me, you can choose a way that works for you.

If you have any questions, just click here, I’ll get right back to you.

The NHS Website also has more information about Tai Chi here.

Did you know?

There are lots of different styles of Tai Chi. I usually teach the Yang style, as my experience tells me this can maximise Tai Chi’s potential health benefits. But I also enjoy Chen style. The key thing is that we focus on the right Tai Chi for you - you don’t need to be interested in Chinese history or language to get the benefits of Tai Chi!
